ChromaBlue For use with plastisol inks, is ideally suited for textile printers using direct emulsions who are seeking faster screen turnaround without sacrificing image quality Color: Blue Solids: 50% (more of the good stuff) Viscosity: Medium Fast Drying (since there's less water) Superior Mesh Bridging Excellent Reclaimability SAFETY ChromaBlue emulsion should be handled like any other direct emulsion. This material is not hazardous when used within reasonable standards of industrial hygiene and safe working practices. Refer to MSDS. User Instructions ChromaBlue is a one part emulsion that does not require a diazo to be added. Use straight from container. It is important to have a clean dry screen before you apply the emulsion. Use a clean coating trough that has a smooth edge without nicks or burrs. Coating environment should be in a clean safe light area. 1. Apply one or two coats of emulsion to the print side. 2. Reverse the screen and apply one or two coats to the squeegee side. To achieve user specific results, additional coats may be used. STORAGE Shelf life is 24 months when stored at room temperature. ChromaBlue should not be stored at temperatures above 80°F (27°C). 1 Gallon Container
