A tad lighter than our Michigan Common, this is sure to be a hit. California Common, is slightly malt forward, with enough bittering hops to balance and a clean lager-like finish. Lager-like character comes from cooler (58 °-65 °) fermenting temps. If you're in a cooler climate, this is perfect, or a cool basement always works.
