Carefully heated in a vacuum chamber, moisture and resins are removed in a process that would otherwise take decades. The result is wood that’s lighter, harder, and stronger, while retaining exceptional tonal response and resonance. This process also gives the spruce tops a rich, amber shine, adding an extra vintage aesthetic.
